Orders and Returns

Orders placed online

All orders placed on audlite.co.uk will be processed within 24 hours. Should an item be out of stock in our own warehouse, occasionally items may be sent to you direct from the manufacturer - we do this to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Please allow up to 21 days for delivery (although most orders are completed and fulfilled within 48 hours). All order updates will be posted in your customer area of the website.

 

Return of Goods Information and Returns Authorisation Form

If you wish to return goods for any reason you must follow our returns procedure. Please e-mail sales@audlite.co.uk to request an RMA form. Returned goods will not be accepted unless the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Customers are responsible for all returned goods until they are signed for by ourselves, and please check with your courier to ensure that the goods are insured for their full value. See our Terms & Conditions below for further details.

 

RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Product Guarantees:
All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Original Manufacturers Guarantee for a period appropraiate to the nature of the product.

Faulty Goods
If you think that the product you have purchased is faulty or incompatible with your equipment we may refer you to the manufacturer, due to their extensive knowledge of their product. If the manufacturer agrees that the product is faulty, in most cases they will be able to authorise a replacement/repair of the product direct to you. A restocking fee of up to 25% is charged on returns, which prove to be non-defective.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)
If the product fails within the manufacturer's DOA period, a replacement product will be offered to you.

Special Order Items
If the product is a special order item then this is non returnable, in the event of a failure this item will be only replaced or refunded, unwanted items are non returnable and will not be refunded.

Refunds:
If for any reason you are issued with a refund, please note the following, All refunds will be issued to the same payment method as on the original order. When a refund is processed, you will receive an email notification. A refund will usually be issued within 4 working days, but please allow up to 10 working days for it to be credited to your card account. Goods returned within the manufacturer's DOA period, will be refunded in full. If the goods are found not to be faulty or they have been damaged by misuse, they will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
The relevant manufacturer will process all offers of "Money Back" guarantees and you should contact them directly to arrange return and refund.

Cancellation of Orders:

Orders cancelled after despatch of the goods will be subject to a minimum handling fee of 15% of the invoice price to cover re-stocking and administration costs. A restocking fee of up to 25% of the original invoice value may be levied on item(s) returned after 7 days of the goods being delivered.

14 day money back warranty:

Should you wish to return goods under our 14 day money back warranty, please ensure that the product has not been used and that it is returned to us unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging along with all accessories and instructions. Do not mark the manufacturers packaging in any way as this will incur a restocking fee as the item can not be re-sold 'as new'.
