Our response to COVID-19
Despite the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we are aiming to fulfil all orders as usual.
Staff are working around the clock with our suppliers to ensure that your order arrives with you as quickly as possible. We are still, in most cases, able to keep delivery times within 1-2 working days from the point your order is placed. If for any reason there is an extended delay likely, we will contact you either by e-mail or telephone.
If you are trying to contact us, the best method is by e-mail due to the volume of calls we are currently receiving. We will aim to respond to all e-mails within 1 working day. If your e-mail relates to an order you have already placed, please include the order number in your e-mail for us to locate your order.
